HYPNOSIS & NLP

What's Hypnosis?

Hypnosis is a proven and effective technique that can help you break through the barriers that prevent you from living the life you want and deserve. Hypnosis can be defined simply as a dual state of physical relaxation and mental focus that allows for changes to occur at the deepest subconscious levels of the mind. Another way of putting it? It’s the point where your desire for change meets the mental image of who you want to be to modify your old patterns of thinking. It is similar to the state of heightened awareness and mindfulness that experienced Meditators and Yoga Practitioners achieve, but more focused on the objective you wish to accomplish. The difference, though, is that hypnosis doesn’t just stop at a sense of calm focus. Hypnosis is the most effective tool for accomplishing your goal... big or small, mental or physical. Understanding these basic factors, you can consider hypnosis as "Hypnotherapy", which is, above all, a safe, effective and rapid treatment for massive change with lasting results. In just a few short and focused sessions, Hypnotherapy can yield the kind of change that would otherwise take years of stop-and-go, self-motivation or endless talk therapy.

“The most impressive quality of hypnosis is the minimal effort required to achieve positive changes to thoughts, feelings and behavior”

What's NLP ?

NLP stands for "Neuro-Linguistic Programming" which is a form of therapy that encompasses the 3 most powerful aspects of our human experience: Thoughts, language and behavior. It can help individuals identify and change negative patterns of thought, behavior, and language by using techniques such as reframing negative thought patterns, anchoring positive emotions and teaching effective communication skills by rewiring the neural connections in the brain. NLP is often used to treat a variety of health issues such as anxiety, depression, phobias, relationship problems and enhances an individuals overall well-being.

Someone once described NLP as “Cognitive Behavioral Therapy on steroids” because although it is fundamentally similar in orientation, NLP makes much finer distinctions and has many specific processes, principles, and presuppositions that make change much faster.

NLP therapy sessions allow us to improve our situational outcomes, support our wellbeing and create change by allowing us to use our unique inner resources, life experiences, and wisdom.  Simply put, change is possible and all you need is a willingness to change and a willingness to learn new ways of being with yourself, your mind, and with others.

NLP and its Uses:

  • Improving communication skills/speaking clearly and confidently

  • Uncovering our limiting beliefs and changing them to positive and useful beliefs

  • Addressing bad habits and negative behaviors and turning them into positive behaviors that support us

  • Successfully processing and healing relationships issues

  • Eliminating Allergies

  • Eliminating fears and phobias

  • Eliminating procrastination and substituting it with motivation

  • Creating inner alignment and balance for starting and completing goals

  • Changing “stuck” feelings into powerful resource states

  • Taping into your own imagination and into the excellence of someone they admire

  • Taping into our own wellspring of internal guidance resources

  • Defining the origins of problems so they can be thoroughly cleared

  • Learning to let go of unhealthy attachments and obsessiveness with others

  • Healing from traumatic experiences
